Responsibilities

Own and exceed an annual sales quota for device and logistics solutions
Drive new client acquisition and expand existing accounts
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through various lead sources
Lead deal strategy from initial conversation to contract execution
Position device sourcing and logistics as key strategic enablers
Navigate complex buying committees across various departments
Manage long sales cycles with discipline and urgency
Stay current on clinical trial operations and competitor dynamics

Required

12+ years of B2B sales experience in life sciences, clinical trials, logistics, devices, or complex services
Proven track record of closing seven- and eight-figure deals
Experience selling into pharma, biotech, or CRO organizations
Comfortable operating in regulated, compliance-driven environments
Strong executive communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and drive outcomes with minimal structure
BS degree in business administration, economics, life sciences, or a related field
