Responsibilities

Execute N.A. sales strategy for baggage handling systems under guidance of VP
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with airport authorities, airlines, cruise lines, consultants and integrators
Manage and mentor BHS sales team to achieve targets
Prepare proposals and participate in RFP/RFI processes
Negotiate contracts ensuring profitability and compliance
Monitor industry trends and provide market intelligence to leadership
Represent Fives at industry conferences and networking events inclusive of IABSC, PTE, and more
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and marketing teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
7+ years of experience in sales within the aviation or material handling industry. Strong preference for someone who has an extensive list of contacts within the BHS space
Proven success in managing complex projects and long sales cycles
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to travel extensively across the U.S
