Head of Customer Success
Omada AI is an AI marketing platform that provides specialized AI agents for small businesses. They are seeking a Head of Customer Success to build the CS function from the ground up, owning customer support, onboarding, retention, and growth activities while directly impacting revenue and customer happiness.

Responsibilities
Own inbound questions, refund requests, tech issues; work with Product & Engineering; route feedback; log issues; build support processes
Custom walkthroughs for new signups; live onboarding calls; ensure platform activation within 30 days; create repeatable onboarding processes
Quarterly health check-ins; identify at-risk customers; proactive churn prevention; introduce new features; spot upsell opportunities
Work with Sales/TPs for smooth handoffs; partner with Product on feedback; collaborate with Marketing; share churn insights
Qualification
Required
5+ years in Customer Success (B2B SaaS preferred)
Experience scaling CS function
Track record of improving retention
Comfortable building processes
Customer-first mindset
Excellent communicator
Data-driven
Technically proficient
Great at prioritization
Proactive
Preferred
Experience with AI/marketing tools or SMB customers
Built CS function at a startup
Managed customer health scores and churn prediction models
