Responsibilities
Support certification planning and execution for aircraft lighting and control systems
Prepare compliance documentation, qualification test plans, procedures and reports
Coordinate environmental qualification testing (DO-160) and photometric performance Testing
Contribute to system safety analyses and installation approvals
Work with engineering teams, suppliers, customers, and regulatory representatives
Participate in certification reviews, audits, and test events
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in aerospace, avionics, or regulated product development
Familiarity with FAA/EASA certification processes or compliance testing
Experience with lab or environmental testing (DO-160 or similar)
Strong technical writing and organizational skill
Ability to work collaboratively across teams
Bachelor's degree in aerospace, Electrical, Systems, Software, or related Engineering field required
Preferred
Experience with aircraft lighting or cabin/avionics systems
Exposure to DO-178C or DO-254
Tier 1 supplier or STC certification experience
