Lithia & Driveway is seeking an experienced and highly organized Service BDC Administrator to support their Service Business Development Center. This role manages customer communication and follow-up for service customers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while supporting the dealership’s Service Department.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person
Manage high call volumes and accurately route calls
Schedule and confirm service appointments
Maintain and update customer records
Follow up with customers to support appointment attendance and retention efforts
Provide administrative and operational support to the Service BDC teams
Assist with reporting, data entry, and document management
Coordinate communication between departments to ensure customer needs are met
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment
Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency

Qualification

Required

Minimum 2 years of experience in reception, office administration, and customer service (phone and in-person)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
Proficiency with computers, email, and Microsoft Office
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
High School graduate or equivalent
18 years or older
