Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner
Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries
Direct phone calls to appropriate departments
Process customer payments (cash, credit, etc.) accurately and efficiently
Balance and reconcile the cash office accounts and bank deposits daily
Support the Office Manager and/or General Manager with general clerical duties
Attend team meetings and scheduled training sessions
Perform other basic administrative duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School graduate or equivalent
18 years or older
Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills
Friendly, upbeat personality with strong attention to detail
Professional phone etiquette and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
1–2 years of experience in a cashier or receptionist role preferred
A strong desire to learn, grow, and build a career in the automotive industry
Preferred
1–2 years of experience in a cashier or receptionist role preferred
CDK (automotive dealership software) knowledge would be a plus but not required
