Responsibilities
Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques, and business strategies
Design, build, and deploy machine learning models (e.g., recommendation engines, NLP pipelines, or predictive forecasting) to solve complex problems
Design and execute statistical experiments to measure the impact of new features and business initiatives
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to understand their needs and provide data-backed solutions
Create clear, compelling visualizations and reports for stakeholders that turn complex analysis into "so-what" insights
Collaborate with engineers to integrate models into production environments and ensure they remain accurate over time
Qualification
Required
