Transaction and Accounting Coordinator

They are seeking a Transactions & Accounting Coordinator responsible for managing real estate transactions from contract to close and supporting accounting functions such as commissions, bookkeeping, and payroll coordination.

Responsibilities
Manage real estate transactions from executed contract through closing
Review contracts and closing statements (CDs / ALTA) for accuracy and compliance
Coordinate with agents, title companies, lenders, and attorneys
Process and track commission disbursements and brokerage fees
Support accounting functions including bookkeeping, payroll coordination, and reconciliations
Maintain accurate, organized, and compliant transaction records
Serve as a point of contact for agent questions related to transactions and commissions
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in real estate transactions or brokerage operations
Accounting background (bookkeeping, payroll support, reconciliations, or similar)
Strong understanding of real estate contracts, closings, and commission structures
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
Preferred
Experience with transaction management systems (Dotloop, Skyslope, MLS, etc. a plus)
