Responsibilities
Extract required datasets and related documentation from PIMMs for defined workstreams
Review source documents (reports, methods, raw data summaries, supporting records) to confirm data accuracy and context
Perform basic calculations and verification checks prior to transfer (unit conversions, averages, dilutions, rounding rules, pass/fail logic where applicable)
Enter or import data into Discoverant using client-defined templates, naming conventions, and data standards
Transfer and attach supporting documents into Discoverant with correct metadata and file structure
Reconcile completed transfers, track status, and maintain an audit-ready record of what was moved and verified
Identify discrepancies, missing information, or data conflicts and escalate to the client team for resolution
Communicate clearly with client stakeholders and follow established SOPs/work instructions for the migration process
Qualification
Required
Prior experience performing data transfers or migrations between systems (PIMMs, LIMS, MES, QMS, ERP, or similar regulated platforms)
Strong documentation skills and comfort working in regulated, traceable environments
High attention to detail with proven accuracy in repetitive, process-driven work
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (filters, pivot tables, lookups, data validation, reconciliation checks)
Ability to interpret technical documentation and translate it into accurate system entries
Strong written and verbal communication, able to work directly with client SMEs and program leads
Ability to work onsite 5 days per week
