Responsibilities
Own the integrity of Business Unit financial statements, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal accounting policies
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, delivering accurate, timely, and reliable financial results
Oversee general ledger operations, balance sheet governance, reconciliations, and critical journal approvals
Partner with FP&A and PP&C to align forecasts, budgets, and accounting positions through variance analysis and performance reviews
Drive strong internal controls and SOX compliance, partnering with Segment and Corporate
Qualification
Required
Must possess an active US Secret security clearance and be eligible and willing to upgrade to a TS/SCI w/ Poly
Five plus (5)+ years of professional experience
Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Fire Protection Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Health Physics, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline; OR - H.S. Diploma or equivalent AND 10+ years' experience in the related discipline
Credentialed/Certified in one of the relevant areas of expertise: (Professional Engineer License, Certified Safety Professional, Certified Industrial Hygienist, qualified environmental professional or approved equivalent)
Expert knowledge of occupational safety and health to include: fire protection engineering, environmental compliance, restoration managements concepts, principles, practices, procedures, body of laws and regulations
