Responsibilities

Serve as the main quality point of contact within the CMC team for product quality issues
Develop and implement long-term product quality strategies for clinical and commercial transitions
Lead cross-functional Quality Partner Team to manage CMC deliverables and maintain communication with stakeholders
Manage the product quality risk register and escalate issues as needed to senior management
Create product-specific quality targets and specifications during development phases
Establish comparability protocols to assess product quality across clinical and commercial stages
Provide regulatory insights and ensure consistency in documentation for submissions

Required

BA/BS in life sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred
12+ years of experience in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries, especially in biologics product development
Proven leadership capabilities, demonstrating alignment and decisive action
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders
Strong understanding of cGMP principles and regulatory compliance
