Customer Service Representative
EnDiSys is a company based in Rogers, Minnesota that manufactures and distributes equipment for various markets. They are seeking an energetic, motivated Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, process orders, and support sales teams while cultivating new customer accounts.

Responsibilities
Review and process customer orders, inquiries, and other transactions
Make delivery commitments to customers and proactively communicate changes
Intake of customer calls and emails
Manage sales promotions, new product releases, and maintain customer accounts
Work with outside sales representatives to manage sales quotes and orders
Coordinate with Service Department for in-house and field service sales
Manage RMA process for customer returns and warranty claims
Manage EnDiSys house accounts to achieve targeted sales goals
Perform follow-up with customers after delivery to evaluate customer satisfaction
Actively engage in continuous improvement programs
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 + years customer service experience
Experience in a distribution and manufacturing a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent computer skills
Highly organized, detail oriented with the ability to document and record data
Ability to multi-task in an environment of competing priorities
Preferred
Associate or bachelor's degree a plus
