Responsibilities
Set and own the end-to-end technology strategy and architecture across Accomplish360 and all supporting systems
Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering, data, and platform teams (in-house and nearshore/offshore)
Ensure platform reliability, security, performance, and scalability as patient volume and system integrations grow rapidly
Establish modern engineering best practices including agile delivery, CI/CD, QA, DevOps, and release management
Lead product vision, roadmap, prioritization, and execution in partnership with clinical, operations, sales, and partnerships teams
Translate clinical and business needs into intuitive, high-impact digital products that improve outcomes, efficiency, and patient experience
Partner with clinicians and operators to optimize workflows, care pathways, and provider experience within the platform
Design and own Accomplish’s long-term data strategy, including data models, pipelines, warehousing, governance, and interoperability
Lead integrations with major EMRs/EHRs, health systems, labs, pharmacies, payors, and external partners
Ensure full compliance with HIPAA, security best practices, and healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, CCD, EDI, etc.)
Drive observability, data quality, and analytics readiness across the platform
Partner closely with the Founder/CEO and executive team on company strategy, OKRs, and technology-enabled growth
Engage directly with enterprise customers and partners to define technical requirements and integration pathways
Serve as a senior technology leader and thought partner with investors, partners, and vendors
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in engineering, product, or technology leadership within high-growth technology or health-tech companies
Deep expertise in data architecture, data engineering, and systems integration—ideally in healthcare environments
Proven ability to build and scale engineering and product teams in fast-moving organizations
Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS and/or GCP), modern backend frameworks, APIs, microservices, and data pipelines
Strong understanding of healthcare data standards and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, FHIR, HL7, CCD, and EDI
Demonstrated product leadership with a track record of delivering high-quality digital products that drive measurable outcomes
Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels
Preferred
Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, dbt)
Direct experience integrating with or building EMRs/EHRs
Startup or scale-up experience in virtual care, digital health, or population health
