Technical Program Manager III, Field Quality Performance, Data Centers

Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of field improvements and solutions across the entire project lifecycle—from initial product design and site planning to construction and final facility handover
Build strategic relationships with process owners to ensure timely execution of preventative actions and foster a culture of Closed-Loop Learning (CLL) and continuous improvement
Design and deliver training on Integrated Field Feedback and CLL sessions, ensuring site teams capture comprehensive lessons learned that drive organizational value
Identify business process gaps and transform improvement actions into standardized, scalable workflows with robust monitoring metrics
Be able to maximize program effectiveness to deliver increased capacity while significantly reducing Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in program management
Experience in two of the following areas: construction, manufacturing, quality, operations, or data centers
Experience with database querying tools to analyze datasets for quality metrics, process improvements, or project performance reporting
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Quality Management
Six Sigma Blackbelt, Auditor Certifications, American Society for Quality certification (CSQP, CQE, CQM, CRE, or CQA) or equivalent certification/experience
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Demonstrated ability to effectively scope projects and initiatives
Comfortable with using Google Workspace, BigQuery, PLX software tools and applications
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
