Responsibilities
Lead the design, coding, testing, and deployment of complex full-stack applications with a focus on data accessibility and actionable insights
Identify opportunities to refactor legacy components into modern Microservices and Cloud-native architectures
Build and maintain robust data pipelines using Azure Data Factory to ensure high-velocity data flow between .NET applications and enterprise data lakes
Oversee deep integrations with Salesforce and other third-party CRM/ERP systems to unify business workflows
Define and implement automated testing (Unit, Integration, E2E) to ensure Straive’s high standards for delivery are met consistently
Champion CI/CD best practices, managing deployments via Kubernetes and Azure DevOps to ensure 99.9% uptime
Qualification
Required
12+ years of professional software development experience
Mandatory Certification: Latest Microsoft / Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert)
Education: B.E./B.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science or a related technical field
