Responsibilities
Implement and maintain Adobe Analytics tracking across digital platforms; define tagging plans and data layer requirements
Configure and support CJA reporting structures and enable cross-journey analysis (as applicable)
Deploy/operate Medallia DXA instrumentation and integrate findings into the measurement approach
Perform QA and debugging to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability (pre/post release validation)
Build dashboards and standardized reporting outputs; partner with stakeholders to refine KPIs and definitions
Create documentation and deliver knowledge transfer sessions for client teams (runbooks, standards, governance)
Collaborate with privacy/security stakeholders to support compliant data capture and retention
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on digital analytics implementation experience (web/app preferred)
Strong expertise in Adobe Analytics (Workspace/Report Builder, segmentation, attribution concepts)
Tagging and implementation experience (e.g., tag management, JavaScript, data layers, debugging)
Strong troubleshooting skills (tag validation, data discrepancies, release coordination)
Ability to document solutions clearly (implementation specs, QA checklists, runbooks)
Preferred
Experience with Adobe CJA concepts such as data views/connections and cross-channel measurement
Familiarity with Medallia DXA deployment and/or configuring digital experience signals and dashboards
