BDC Administrator
Lithia & Driveway is the largest automotive retailer in North America, and they are seeking a Service BDC Administrator to support their fast-paced service department. The role involves managing customer communications, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records to ensure a smooth operation within the service team.

Support the Service BDC team with daily administrative tasks
Manage inbound and outbound customer communications
Assist with appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
Maintain accurate customer records and reports
Work closely with service advisors, managers, and BDC leadership
Ensure processes align with Lithia & Driveway standards
Qualification
Required
High School graduate or equivalent
18 years or older
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Excellent phone, email, and communication abilities
Comfortable working with CRM and dealership software
Dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
Preferred
Previous dealership, BDC, or administrative experience
