Qualification

Required

1–3 years of experience in Customer Service or Client Services
Strong presentation and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Documents, Slides, and related tools
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new online CRM or ATS systems
Ability to Relocate: Los Angeles, CA 90012: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Preferred

Experience in the Healthcare or Insurance industry
A desire to grow within their company, potentially seeking management roles in the future
Accident & Health Insurance License
