Responsibilities
Design and debug of DSP/FPGA circuits related to Telemetry designs
Working with Marketing/Engineering departments to develop a specification
MATLAB modeling
Schematic generation
FPGA simulation and design
Overseeing the PCB design
Board debug
Troubleshooting and system integration
Documentation of requirements
Test plans
Design reviews
Jira issue tracking
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
At least 5 years' experience in product development utilizing digital signal processing. Lesser experience will be considered if experience is directly related to RF signal processing in receivers
Experience with FPGA, AD / DA converters
FPGA Simulation and MATLAB experience
Embedded C/C++, Qt software experience a plus
Familiarity with electronic test equipment
Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as the ability to work in a team environment
Must be U.S. Citizens – this position will be working directly on a contract with the U.S. Government, which requires all employees performing these functions be U.S. Citizens. This position is contingent on the applicant providing proof of U.S. Citizenship
