Responsibilities
Oversee and manage LOA, accommodation, and workers’ compensation requests in collaboration with HRBPs and business units
Coordinate and manage immigration-related processes and tasks with HRBPs and business units
Handle intake and manage non-manager HR requests and processes; escalate or reassign as appropriate
Conduct employee data audits within the Axos Human Capital Management System (Workday)
Maintain and update employee records and related HR data following established procedures
Generate and analyze reports in Excel to support data-driven decision-making
Lead or provide support for special projects, primarily focused on audits and compliance
Develop end-user documentation and training materials as needed
Communicate HR policies, procedures, and decisions effectively to employees and managers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 4 years of experience in HR compliance processes, including LOA, accommodations, immigration, workers' compensation, and related HR functions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
