Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume, entry-level sales roles—from intake and sourcing through offer and pre-onboarding
Lead structured intake and recruiting strategy sessions with hiring managers to align on profiles, sourcing strategies, interview plans, and timelines
Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, and partnerships with universities, community colleges, and workforce programs
Partner closely with TA Coordinators and MSP vendors to ensure smooth requisition management, interview scheduling, candidate movement, and onboarding coordination
Track and report on key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and pipeline health
Deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers while managing multiple priorities independently

Required

5+ years of recruiting experience, with strong expertise in full-cycle recruiting

Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Excellent organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
Ability to identify and implement recruiting process improvements
Working knowledge of compliance requirements related to recruiting and onboarding
