Responsibilities
Lead planning, coordination, and execution of public-sector construction projects, including retail spaces, medical centers, university facilities, and infrastructure work
Manage project schedules, budgets, contractor performance, and overall delivery
Oversee field activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, safety standards, and public-agency requirements
Review and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress documentation
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and public agencies to resolve issues and keep the project on track
Conduct site visits, monitor quality and safety, and address risks proactively
Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, and updates for stakeholders
Support project closeout activities including punch lists, turnover packages, and final documentation
Qualification
Required
5–8 years of project management experience in construction, infrastructure, or public facilities
Proven experience delivering projects in public-sector environments, such as: Retail build-outs or renovations, Medical centers / healthcare facilities, Higher-education and university buildings, Transportation/railroad infrastructure
Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, including municipalities, inspectors, engineers, architects, and contractors
Demonstrated experience managing scopes, budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
Experience with field inspections, progress reporting, and quality assurance/quality control
