Responsibilities
Electricity sector experience
Well-versed in handling negotiations with utilities on the interconnection of large electricity loads, and on ensuring that regulatory testimony is relevant, aligned with corporate goals, and clearly according to internal corporate style (i.e., plain English and aligned with relevant public statements)
Coverage is focused on the US, but may also include the wider Americas region
In-house experience, including direct work with business partners, as well as in-house counsel and outside counsel is preferred
Experience advising on and negotiating electricity interconnection, supply, and related agreements related to large electricity customers
Experience with US regulatory advocacy related to tariff development, rate cases, and/or resource planning
Qualification

Attorney with expertise in the US Electricity sector
4+ Years of experience
Electricity sector experience
Well-versed in handling negotiations with utilities on the interconnection of large electricity loads
Ensuring that regulatory testimony is relevant, aligned with corporate goals, and clearly according to internal corporate style
