Responsibilities

Lead the design and oversight of global compliance and ethics programs
Establish and govern a global compliance framework across regions
Lead the global Speak Up / Whistleblower Program and oversight of investigations
Oversee development and enforcement of enterprise-wide compliance policies
Provide compliance guidance for complex transactions and new market entries
Prepare and present compliance reports to the Board and senior leadership

Required

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, Risk, or related field
15+ years senior leadership experience in compliance, legal, regulatory affairs, or risk management
10+ years managing teams in matrixed global organizations
Demonstrated success designing and operating global compliance programs and governance frameworks

Preferred

JD, LLM, MBA, or professional credentials (AIRC, CCP, CCEP, CAMS, FRM, CIA)
