They are inviting candidates to join them as a Continuous Improvement Intern, where the role focuses on learning and supporting CI projects to enhance efficiency and improve production flow.

Responsibilities
Learn the fundamentals of Lean, Six Sigma, and problem‑solving methodologies
Support CI projects that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve production flow
Participate in kaizen events and identify opportunities for improvement on the plant floor
Assist with time studies, process mapping, and data collection
Introduction to Continuous Improvement tools (5S, root‑cause analysis, visual management, etc.)
Training on safety and quality systems
Exposure to operational performance metrics and reporting
Work side‑by‑side with CI specialists, supervisors, and cross‑functional teams
Hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment
Opportunities to collaborate with seasoned professionals
A chance to make meaningful contributions that help improve the processes behind our mouth‑watering products
Qualification
Required
Hunger for learning
