Customer Service Associate
Resource Central is an award-winning nonprofit in Boulder, Colorado, dedicated to making conservation simple. The Customer Service Associate will support the Lawn Replacement program by providing exceptional customer service to program participants via phone and email, assisting with administrative tasks, and promoting sustainable landscaping practices.

Responsibilities
Help people conserve water by providing exceptional customer service and communication to homeowners via phone and email for the Lawn Replacement Program
Provide administrative and programmatic support to meet team goals by reviewing applications, scheduling appointments, submitting Colorado 811 tickets, and conducting one-on-one customer consultations with program participants
Communicate knowledgeably and effectively with program participants about Resource Central’s Lawn Replacement program while educating homeowners and business owners on best practices in landscape conversion
Participate in regularly scheduled meetings in person, virtually, and on the phone
Assist with other Resource Central programs as assigned
Help build a strong sense of belonging by ensuring everyone feels welcomed, valued, and included at Resource Central
Qualification
Required
Must be passionate about helping people conserve water, or have a strong desire to learn
Experience in communications, public relations, or customer service is required
Must be at least 18 years of age upon start date
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Must pass a background check if offered the position
Preferred
Experience in CRM or ticketing tools preferred
