Responsibilities
Administer and support enterprise collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Skype/Teams
Automate workflows and business processes using UiPath to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks
Create and maintain project documentation, workflows, and diagrams using Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio and Project
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support IT solutions that align with business needs
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to enterprise tools and systems
Qualification
Required
Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance
4 years of relevant experience
General experience in IT Supply/Logistics, customer service, Production Data Entry, and Computer Operations
Collaboration Tools: SharePoint, Skype/Teams
Automation Tools: UiPath
Productivity Tools: Microsoft Office Suite (Visio/Project)
