Associate, Talent Enablement and Delivery

RBC Capital Markets is seeking an Associate in Talent Enablement & Delivery to drive data-informed talent strategies. The role involves analyzing HR data, designing reports, and collaborating with HR Business Partners to enhance workforce effectiveness and strategic alignment.

Responsibilities

Analyze data from HR systems (Workday, Tableau, SAP, etc.) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the Capital Markets talent landscape
Partner with HRBPs to understand data and reporting needs, translating business questions into analytical solutions
Design executive-ready dashboards, reports, and visualizations that translate complex workforce data into clear, actionable recommendations
Move beyond reporting—interpret data, provide context, and surface insights that inform strategic workforce decisions and business priorities
Support planning, development and implementation of HR Initiatives and talent cycles, working with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are met on time
Collaborate with Talent Enablement & Delivery to implement talent priority initiatives and drive workforce effectiveness
Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to drive greater workforce insights and strategic alignment
Build trusted relationships across HR and the business, and increase the impact of HR with a focus on workforce insights and enablement
Be a key player on a dynamic HR team, contributing to the success of the team by demonstrating flexibility when capacity on the team requires and by bringing forward suggestions to improve processes within the team and the function

Required

University undergraduate degree or relevant experience within financial services and/or HR
Strong knowledge of Workday functionality and reporting
Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, pivot tables and formula building
Proficient in business analysis, data analytics and reporting & dashboards
Excellent problem solving and analytical mindset and proven ability to successfully partner with others to drive results
Making decisions independently despite uncertainty and ambiguity
Proven ability in building rapport and maintaining client relationships while working independently and as part of a team
Experience in time management, organizational and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Excellent communication and stakeholder management and influencing skills
Ability to adapt and change to fit the need of the requests
