Assist with the preparation and maintenance of the general ledger
Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Review staff accountants’ reconciliations
Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
Manage complex and estimation areas within financial reporting
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in healthcare, corporate, or public accounting
Strong knowledge of GAAP and health care industry standards
Proficiency in financial reporting and accounting software
Preferred
Master's in Business Administration or Accountancy
CPA or CPA candidate status
Experience in a non-profit healthcare organization
