Responsibilities

Host quarterly PI planning and ensure readiness
Maintain backlog health and adherence to Enterprise Change Management standards
Own end-to-end delivery execution of epics and capabilities across multiple ARTs and teams
Drive predictable delivery through flow metrics, capacity planning, dependency mapping, and risk management
Evaluate team metrics, goals, and performance
Coach Scrum Masters on Agile delivery, executive-level reporting, and communication
Operate with a mindset of continuous improvement and operational excellence

Required

Guide and coach the teams on the Agile Release Train on Scrum practices, and develop their understanding of Agile principles
Help define norms/agreements for the ART and enforce the agreements
Coordinate and facilitate ART ceremonies (e.g., Backlog Refinement, Program Increment (PI) Planning, ART Sync or PO Sync, Scrum of Scrums), System Demos, and Retrospective
Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the ART
Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration within the ART to support value delivery and PI commitments
Responsible for providing status updates and reporting pertaining to ART plans/delivery/timelines/impediments to stakeholders and leadership
Ensure Enterprise Change Management and other policy requirements for technology solutions are met for the epics/features delivered by the ART
Measure ART delivery, maturity, and performance and review the metrics with the ART to identify improvement opportunities

Preferred

SAFe Certification (RTE, SCP, SSM or POPM)
Proficiency in Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence) and Horizon CI/CD Tools
Experience with Change governance process
Clear, Audience-Appropriate Communication
