Product Manager, Growth

The Product Manager, Growth will own and shape the digital health services product portfolio, driving the product lifecycle and leveraging data to enhance product-market fit and growth.

Responsibilities
Drive the full product lifecycle for your key projects, from research, design, specification, metrics definition, development, launch, and beyond
Own the core growth metrics (including attach and activation rate)
Set-up and run A/B testing including designing, prioritizing, and executing on a continuous roadmap of A/B tests across the onboarding and activation flows
Collaborate with marketing and finance to design, execute, and evaluate tests on pricing and promotions to optimize subscription metrics
Ensure that learnings are implemented globally and monitor global
Support the goals of the broader product team with contributions on consumer strategy, research, analytics, and execution
Prepare and deliver presentations on your findings and insights to internal stakeholders
Work closely with Design, User Research, Engineering, Data Science, Business Development, and other cross-functional teams to prioritize features and ship products
Be the company’s ‘go to’ expert and internal evangelist in your product area
Be a strong leader who facilitates collaboration. Demonstrate the ability to continually refine the team’s processes while empowering team members to feel heard and respected
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong focus on Growth, Activation, or Monetization
Excellent project management and communication skills
High degree of user empathy and ability to balance advocacy for the user while advancing the needs of the business
Proven track record of defining, running, and analyzing complex A/B tests using MixPanel
Deep proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Metabase, Google Analytics) and the ability to not only query but also define and set-up flows within those tools
Strong understanding of user psychology, conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles, and SaaS business models
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and technical requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong business sense, intellectual curiosity, and desire to become a subject matter expert in a complex ecosystem
Preferred
Experience in the Healthcare sector is a plus
