Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the DR playbook and governance model
Align resilience and recovery strategies with organizational goals
Lead advanced risk and GAP analysis; drive mitigation planning
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manufacturing requirements
Provide technical oversight of OT/IT architecture and dependencies
Manage and guide cross-functional, global teams
Communicate with executive leadership; report progress and risks
Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and project timelines
Drive continuous improvement in DR/BCP processes
Qualification
Required
Strategic planning and leadership in DR/BCP
Advanced risk management and mitigation expertise
Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO 22301, NIST)
Technical proficiency with DR tools (e.g., VMware SRM, Azure Site Recovery), audit tools, and cybersecurity basics
Strong understanding of OT/IT systems (PLCs, SCADA, industrial protocols, IT network architecture, CMDB tools)
Executive-level communication and stakeholder engagement
Experience with collaboration and documentation tools (Teams, SharePoint, DR/BIA templates)
Program management: budgeting, resource allocation, timeline control
