Responsibilities
Develops and implements standardized reporting for community benefit programs
Acts as the content expert and point of contact for requests related to community benefit programs
Creates infographics and communication tools to effectively convey program information
Manages internal and external communication to enhance campus and community engagement
Researches and identifies grant opportunities to support community benefit initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's
2+ or more years project management experience in healthcare, business, government or community organization
Experience in budgets and financial performance analysis
Experience working with healthcare and/or non-profit industry leaders
Health programming, charitable grants and/or community event experience
Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects and priorities, which may include financial, programming and event activities to meet goals in an organized, prioritized fashion
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Competence in the latest computing software including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office program: Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
Strong team building and leadership skills; ability to work with both campus and system leaders and executives in a matrix-management environment to achieve organizational goals
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
