Responsibilities

The Jira Service Management Architect will design and implement an enterprise-scale JSM Cloud solution , aligned with ITSM/ITIL best practices

The role spans solution architecture, configuration, integrations, governance, reporting, and enablement , with a strong emphasis on scalability, security, and operational visibility

This is a senior, consultative role suitable for greenfield or transformation initiatives

Required

5-10 years of experience, solid technical background

Experience implementing JSM in at least two enterprise-level projects
