Required
CA Bar required
2-6 years of employment litigation experience (wage & hour, single‑plaintiff, class/PAGA a plus)
Experience with pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, admin agency work (DLSE/CRD/EEOC)
Strong writing, litigation skills, and ability to handle core L&E matters
Community‑minded, communicative, and eager to litigate
Open to relocation candidates
