Responsibilities
Own and scale key product areas within Overjet’s insurance AI platform, with a focus on claims automation and operational workflows
Drive prioritization and execution across multiple workstreams, balancing near-term delivery with longer-term scalability
Translate complex customer needs and insurer workflows into clear product requirements and actionable roadmaps
Partner closely with Engineering, Data, and ML teams to deliver technically sound, production-ready solutions
Work directly with Customer Success, Sales, and Operations to ensure product decisions align with real customer usage and business needs
Monitor product performance and continuously iterate based on data, customer feedback, and operational impact
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or data-driven products
Proven ability to own and scale complex product areas in fast-moving environments
Strong experience working closely with engineering teams on backend- or data-heavy systems
Ability to make sound tradeoffs and move quickly without losing focus on outcomes
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical, and mission-focused environment
