Troubleshoot print issues, ink performance & optimization on-site
Run press trials, product launches & technical audits
Work closely with R&D, sales, manufacturing & regulatory teams
Support customer success, retention & product performance
Qualification
Required
Experience with printing inks (water-based & solvent-based)
Background in flexographic or gravure printing (wide web)
5+ years in technical support for flexo/gravity printing
Strong knowledge of pressroom operations & ink systems
Experience with print troubleshooting, color matching & defect analysis
Comfortable leading customer-facing technical projects
Willing to travel extensively
Preferred
Color management systems (X-Rite preferred)
Knowledge of lamination, coating & converting
Understanding of VOC compliance & safety standards
