Responsibilities
Develop and execute multi-year IT strategies tailored to each client’s business objectives, industry standards, and growth plans
Conduct regular strategic review sessions to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and adjust roadmaps as business needs evolve
Prepare and maintain annual technology scorecards, setting measurable goals to improve alignment and maturity
Advise clients on emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends that enhance competitiveness and scalability
Promote innovation within client environments by identifying opportunities to modernize systems, streamline operations, and strengthen security
Collaborate with client leadership to develop IT budgets aligned with strategic priorities
Provide cost-benefit analyses and financial insights that support informed decision-making and responsible technology investment
Evaluate and manage technology-related risks, ensuring clients maintain compliance with relevant regulations and frameworks
Recommend and oversee the implementation of risk mitigation strategies
Build strong, consultative relationships with client executives and key stakeholders
Serve as the primary strategic liaison, ensuring clients understand the value of their technology investments and our services
Define, track, and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT services and strategic initiatives
Deliver clear, actionable reports that highlight progress, insights, and opportunities for improvement
Partner with Account Management, Service Delivery, and Technical teams to ensure seamless execution of client strategies
Participate in team-building and culture-building activities that strengthen our organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered
2+ years of experience in IT consulting, account management, or technical client-facing roles, ideally within an MSP or service-oriented environment
Strong desire to grow into a leadership role that blends business strategy with technology expertise
Solid understanding of IT systems, industry trends, and risk management principles
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Proactive, coachable, and growth-oriented mindset
