Responsibilities
Provide office administrative support for department
Create presentations, reports and forms using personal computer as requested by management
Answer phones and direct all calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently
Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner
Arrange travel schedule and reservations for management, as needed
Special projects, as needed
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
At least 1 year experience in an administrative support role with previous food service distribution and sales support experience being a plus
Applicant must have MS Office Suite experience (Word, Excel, Outlook and expert Power Point experience)
Preferred
At least 2 years experience in an administrative support role with previous food service distribution and sales support experience being a plus
MS Office certification
