Responsibilities
Apply fundamental instructional design principles to develop learning solutions
Design and develop e-learning modules, job aids, and other instructional materials
Complete assigned tasks independently while seeking guidance when needed
Ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and refine learning strategies
Incorporate feedback to improve instructional content and learner experience
Conduct basic needs analysis and recommend appropriate learning solutions
Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise) to create interactive content
Apply accessibility and inclusive design standards to all learning products
Support testing and quality assurance of learning products
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
0–2 years of experience in instructional design or e-learning development
Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools and LMS platforms
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Occasional travel may be required
Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models
Basic AI literacy and ability to use AI tools for content creation
Proficiency in rapid authoring tools (Articulate, Rise, Camtasia)
Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design standards
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Openness to feedback and eagerness to learn new technologies
