Sr Project Manager

Responsibilities

Manage all phases of real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, and closeout
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and expectations
Lead cross-functional project teams, including internal stakeholders, architects, engineers, vendors, and contractors
Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using industry-standard tools
Lead Owner-Architect-Contractor (AOC) and internal meetings, ensuring accurate documentation through detailed meeting minutes
Prepare Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates based on limited conceptual information
Manage project budgets with proficiency in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), cost control, and forecasting
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively
Ensure adherence to local building codes, permitting processes, and sustainability standards

Required

Minimum 10 years of progressive project management experience in real estate development, construction, or capital projects
Proven track record managing large and/or complex capital initiatives from concept through completion
Strong proficiency in: Project scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera, Procore), Budget development and financial management, Contract administration (AIA, GMP, Design-Build)
Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive-level reporting

Preferred

Experience managing projects with budgets exceeding $10M–$50M
Knowledge of LEED, WELL, or other sustainability certifications
Familiarity with entitlement processes and regulatory compliance
Ability to handle scope changes and maintain project alignment
Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
Leadership and mentorship experience with junior project managers
