Responsibilities
Supervise and support the onsite maintenance team to ensure productivity and quality work
Conduct routine property inspections and maintain accurate records of maintenance needs, safety issues, and completed work
Coordinate vendors and contractors for repairs, scheduled service, and capital improvement projects
Respond to property-related emergencies, including after-hours issues as needed
Maintain open, professional communication with residents, fostering a welcoming community environment
Enforce association rules and support Board directives to uphold property standards
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in property management, facility management, or condominium/community association operations
At least 2 years of supervisory experience overseeing maintenance staff or vendors
Strong understanding of building systems, preventative maintenance, and grounds care practices
Working knowledge of relevant local/state regulations, including condo laws and safety codes
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, cloud-based systems, and online portals
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Boards, staff, and residents
Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds
Valid Wisconsin driver's license at time of hire and maintained throughout employment
Preferred
Familiarity with condominium or HOA management
