Entertainment Coordinator

Caesars Entertainment is a leading company in the gaming and hospitality industry, seeking an Entertainment Coordinator to manage various aspects of entertainment scheduling and guest relations. The role involves coordinating ushers, maintaining the entertainment calendar, troubleshooting guest issues, and assisting with ticketing needs.

Food and Beverage

Responsibilities

Scheduling ushers monthly and coordinating both ushers and any volunteer staff on day of show
Updating and maintaining entertainment calendar, tracker and inventory for the department
Ensure entertainment signage is properly displayed for shows and striked when applicable
Troubleshooting ticketing and general guest issues by resolving complaints and requests from guests on day of show
Assist entertainment management with ticketing and box office needs through Ticketmaster using Archtics & TM1
Program ticket scanners and send ticket scanning reports to IT
Provide exceptional customer service to guests and casino VIP guests
Provide additional support to Thread Bar & Pool Entertainment
Other duties as assigned

Required

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent experience in gaming, entertainment or hospitality is preferred
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Able to type 35 words per minute
Ability to maintain composure and excellent guest relations under all circumstances
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
General knowledge of Ticketmaster products (Archtics, Host, TM1)
Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English
Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke
Ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance according to schedule
Fast paced environment, multiple tasks to be handled under time constraint
Must be able to handle a heavy business volume, and sensitive situations relating to team member and guest problems, in a timely manner
Ability to simultaneously manage several projects, and not be frustrated by changing priorities and unforeseen obstacles to achieving objectives
Respond to visual and aural cues
Must have manual dexterity to operate all office equipment
Must be able to recognize and respond to individuals with questions
Must be able to maneuver around office and property
Must be able to work independently
Must be able to lift and carry 10 pounds
Must be able to bend, crouch, kneel, twist and work at a desk/counter when performing functions of the job
