Responsibilities
You’ll be working heavily in Databricks and Power BI, building analytics pipelines and dashboards that leadership actually uses to make decisions
You’ll partner closely with business stakeholders to help define what 'success' really means, translate those questions into data, and deliver KPIs that are accurate, trusted, and scalable
Some days that means deep SQL and Python work in Databricks, other days it’s refining a Power BI dashboard so the story is obvious at a glance
It’s practical, business-focused data science where clarity, reliability, and impact matter just as much as technical skill
Qualification
Required
Databricks (building and optimizing analytics solutions)
Advanced SQL and strong Python
Creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards for KPI reporting
Exploratory data analysis, trend analysis, and performance measurement
Translating business questions into actionable insights
Preferred
Experience with Azure, Microsoft Fabric, or Snowflake
Predictive modeling or forecasting experience
Exposure to CI/CD concepts for analytics or data workflows
