Administrative Assistant
Metz Culinary Management is a family-owned and operated company focused on providing high-quality service to the community. They are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the EVS Director by maintaining office relations and facilitating human resource functions within the department.

Responsibilities
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
Performs general clerical tasks on behalf of the EVS Leadership
Organizes and maintains team members’ personnel paperwork in a neat and orderly manner
Provides support to the client and team members as needed
Aids the EVS Leadership team with payroll tasks
Must have knowledge of all bookwork, accurate record keeping, and reporting in accordance with company systems policy and procedures
Support EVS Leadership team in communications with client contacts as required; for developing and maintaining good working relationships with all individuals and any departments directly or indirectly connected with vendors
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and postal mail
Keep personal work areas clean, neat and efficiently arranged at all times
Perform any other tasks as requested by the EVS Director
Qualification
Required

All applicable drug screens and background checks must be completed prior to employment
Preferred
Human resource experience related to time and attendance documentation
Experience working in an office environment
Familiarity with payroll processing systems
