Responsibilities
Use techniques that increase collaboration, predictability, transparency and promote a culture of experimentation and innovation
Develop and maintain standards and requirements for delivery and quality processes
Responsible for the development of project documentation, management reports and framework to fit the agency's culture and structure, while adapting/maintaining state requirements
Educate agency employees on standards and processes and encourage workers and leadership to embrace adopted methodologies and principles
Provide teams with tools for implementing adopted processes in their own work. Provide training sessions and teach valuable skills that lead toward the agency-wide adoption of standard methodologies
Working closely with all units within the organization, and with many local, state, and national stakeholders, the Delivery Solutions Coordinator will provide technical oversight and guidance for large and complex information technology projects as well as smaller and more compact efforts
The Delivery Solutions Coordinator will work closely with the Information Technology PMO, which provides project management, oversight, and governance
The Delivery Solutions Coordinator is expected to foster a collaborative working relationship within the organization and with our external stakeholders, to provide a culture of creativity, efficiency and mutual respect
Qualification
Required
Minimum three 6 years' experience providing project management for IT projects
Experience with a variety of Infrastructure projects including Network, Telecom, Servers, Cybersecurity, etc
Experience with a variety of project management tools including Planview, MS Project, etc
Familiarity with object programming principles and practices, the software development lifecycle, and web development practices
Demonstrated critical reasoning and problem solving skills
Possess effective and positive interpersonal skills, teaching abilities, and a capacity to inspire and motivate numerous external stakeholders and internal business units
Demonstrated commitment to quality and knowledge of QA principles
Effective written and oral communication skills
Knowledge of Project Management tools (MS Project, Visio, MS Office, etc.)
