Responsibilities
Provides full support through the entire project including design development, construction documents and construction administration
Liaises with Project Management, other architects, designers, and consultants
Develops and represents lead technical viewpoint on projects
Coordinates with the Design Director on appropriate solutions and strategies
Support projects through construction administration, including responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, attending site meetings, and assisting with field observations
Qualification
Required
Professional degree in architecture from an accredited architecture program or equivalent
8 or more years of experience including construction administration
Strong proficiency in Revit Architecture is required
Traveling to clients in the NY metropolitan area, outside of New York City is required for project meetings and construction administration
Able to manage multiple assignments and meet challenging deadlines while producing a quality product
Excellent written, verbal, organizational, graphic, and presentation skills are required
Preferred
SED experience a plus
NY state licensed preferred
