They are seeking a Human Resources Partner (HRP) to manage employee relations activities and support HR policies, serving as a strategic partner to senior leaders while fostering a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day employee relations activities
Administer HR policies and procedures for assigned areas
Serve as the primary HR contact for front-line leaders and employees
Provide coaching and ongoing guidance for employee relations issues and investigations
Support the overall organizational strategies and goals
Design and execute HR programs and operations across the employee life-cycle
Travel within the assigned service area as needed
Qualification
Required
In-depth knowledge of employee relations and compliance
Passion for collaboration across departments
Ability to track, monitor and follow-up with ongoing performance issues working towards resolution
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education
Valid state appropriate driver's license and auto insurance for work-related travel
