They are seeking an Associate Head of School for Finance and Operations to lead financial stewardship and operational excellence while collaborating with the senior leadership team and Board of Trustees to sustain the school’s financial strength and guide major capital initiatives.

Lead within an established and well-respected organization that values academic excellence, the inherent dignity of all people and a call to service and social justice
Build collaborative relationships with a highly engaged leadership team and Board, including enhancing financial modeling, analysis and reporting in partnership with Board committees
Provide leadership, support and mentorship to dedicated business office and operations teams, fostering professional growth and a culture of service, while creating opportunities to strengthen the departments as needed
Immerse yourself in the life of the school through on-campus housing and active participation in a vibrant residential community
Qualification
Required
Experience in financial management and operations within an educational institution or similar organization
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships
Proven ability to enhance financial modeling, analysis, and reporting
Experience in guiding major capital initiatives

Ability to provide mentorship and support to business office and operations teams
