Benefit Services Coordinator

Responsibilities
Manage Tier 3 SNOW escalations for benefits
Investigate and resolve complex cases by evaluating information and collaborating with internal teams
Document all escalations and resolutions accurately in SNOW and Workday systems
Communicate timely updates to employees and stakeholders
Monitor trends and ensure consistent communication to support the identification of opportunities for process improvement
Provide support for the Open Enrollment process, including pre- and post-enrollment activities
Support audits and provide accurate documentation as needed
Contribute to team projects and initiatives
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and federal, state, and local regulations
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, benefits administration, or payroll
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Workday and ServiceNow
Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality
Willingness to work onsite in the Tempe, AZ Circle K office 5 days per week (Monday through Friday)
